Our Scout Headquarters is also available for hire for groups or parties. It is a great facility right in the heart of Winterbourne. The main Hall is approx. 65 feet long x 25 feet wide with a large number of chairs (50+) and tables available too. There is a very well equipped kitchen, with 2 fan ovens, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher. Cutlery and crockery are available.
There is also WiFi and Internet access.
Our current charges are (updates Oct 2022):
£12.50 per hour (capped at £75)
7hr rate (i.e. 9am to 5pm) – £75
Extended Day Rate (>8hrs and overnight) – £125
The hall is used by our own Beavers, Cubs and Scouts but there are still many slots available for hire. For more details and availability contact us at scouthut@1stwbds.org.uk
Special rates can be arranged for long term bookings with some lockable storage area available to keep some items that you wish to keep at the hall safe.
