To make a booking at 1st Winterbourne Down Scout Hut:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges – https://1stwdbs.org.uk/facilities/tcs-for-hut-hire/
- Check availability on the calendar below.
- Click on New Booking and fill in the form
- A PROVISIONAL booking will be made
- A review of the booking will be made and a Confirmation booking email will be sent if the booking is Approved.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Please make sure that your booking has been confirmed and that the booking payment has been received.
- Please read through the “Terms and Conditions of Hire” which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
